How does the Payment Protection System protect My Transactions?

Our secure payment protection system ensures that:

  •  -  Your payment information is given only to Eximbox and never to your seller
  •  -  Your money is held safely by Eximbox until your order delivery is confirmed.
  •  -  You have leverage when opening a dispute or requesting a refund should you be unhappy with your products
  •  -  Refund if your item is not delivered or as described

 

Buyers can open a "Returns Request " within 7days after the order has been delivered. If the buyer and the seller cannot reach an agreement within 10 days, the case will automatically be escalated to Eximbox Resolution Center.

 

Eximbox Resolution Center will proactively mediate your dispute case and bring it to a swift conclusion.

Eximbox will offer a full refund in the event of the following outcome(s):

  •  - You never received your item(s).
  •  - Items had arrived damaged.
  •  - Item(s) received are significantly different from what the seller advertised.

Other Refund Types

Other conditions under which you may claim a full or partial refund. These now include: 

  •  - Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
  •  - Product quality is below expectation
  •  - Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
  •  - Seller shows clear signs of fraudulent behavior

  

Each refund claim will be reviewed case-by-case to determine the final refund amount.

 

Other Reasons for Return

As a Eximbox buyer , you have the option to return your product to the seller for a full refund provided this is done within the specified return period. In this case, the buyer is responsible for the product's international return shipping cost. Please read through Buyer’s Guide and  Returns Policy before making your purchase. How to make a return or refund request

 Step 1

Open a dispute request by clicking "Returns Manager" in your My Account. This step is necessary for starting our return and refund process, and is your way of notifying Eximbox that there is a problem with your order.

 Note: The "Returns" feature is only available after the the day of your product being dispatched. If you have concerns about your order prior to it being  shipped, please contact eximbox to confirm the order's status.

 Step 2

Eximbox will forward your returns request to the Seller for confirmation . If the Seller agrees to your Returns Request , great your done . If not, Eximbox will try to reach a resolution that is satisfactory for both parties. Eximbox’s decision will remain final, in case of a dispute .

  

How quickly you can receive your refund

Upon the approval of your refund request, Eximbox will always immediately refund your payment back to your account. The actual time it may take for your money to move from Eximbox's account into your account will vary depending on your original payment method. This may take up to 15 working days. However, we pledge to do our very best to make the refund process as quick and as hassle free as possible.
